MY ROOTS
A sweet wine, very dark mahogany, almost ebony, in colour with deep fruity aromas of raisins. Elaborated from Pedro Ximenez grapes that are picked extra ripe and dried under the Spanish sun. This reduces their water content, effectively raising the sugar content.

The wine is luscious and bursting with flavour and is an excellent dessert wine, going particularly well with dark chocolate, vanilla ice cream and even intense blue cheeses.
